Who we are

This site (todayworks.ai) and the demo (demo.todayworks.ai) are run by TodayWorks. TodayWorks is not yet a registered company. The controller of your personal data is Jiří Rýdel. Contact: [email protected].

Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog (EU cloud) to understand how the site and the demo are used: page views, clicks, page performance (web vitals), heatmaps, the campaign (UTM) parameters you arrived with, and a few product events, such as starting the demo chat, the language of a message, and completing a demo booking (service and language only, never the message text or a name).

The legal basis is your consent for cookies and session replay, and our legitimate interest in basic, cookieless usage statistics. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Cookies below).

Demo chat data

The demo is a fictional clinic ("Lumora"). Messages you send in the demo, the conversation state and any demo bookings (including the name you type) are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so the demo calendar works. Please don't enter real health information or real personal details. We reset the demo data from time to time, which deletes it. The clinic admin view is restricted to us.

Sales assistant ("Ask us") and lead details

If you use the "Ask us" assistant on todayworks.ai and choose to leave your details, we collect what you type: clinic name, city, specialty, number of locations or doctors, current booking tool, rough message and call volume, languages, your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number and preferred call time, plus the conversation transcript, the page language, campaign tags (UTM) and the referring page. The assistant is scripted; no AI model processes your answers. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a call about our service. It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and sent to our team by email. We keep it for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, and delete it sooner on request. Analytics events from the assistant contain no personal details. To see, correct or delete your data, email [email protected].

Voice demo (ElevenLabs)

The voice demo ("Call" in the demo at demo.todayworks.ai, opened from "Talk to it" on todayworks.ai) is provided by ElevenLabs, which processes it for us as a processor. Nothing voice-related loads until you open the call mode, and no audio is captured unless you start a call and allow microphone access in your browser. During a call, ElevenLabs processes your voice audio and the resulting transcript to run the conversation. Calls are limited to 3 minutes. The demo clinic is fictional: please don't share real health information or personal details.

Cookies and your choice

We only set analytics cookies after you click Accept on the notice. Your choice (accepted or declined) is saved in your browser's local storage under tw-consent. We also save your theme and language preferences in local storage. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again. If you have problems, email us and we'll help.

Hosting

The site and the demo are hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Workers). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; the demo also uses your IP address to rate-limit the chat. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Booking a call happens on cal.com, under cal.com's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and similar laws, such as the UAE's PDPL, where they apply) you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the ÚOOÚ (Office for Personal Data Protection).

نستخدم PostHog (السحابة الأوروبية) لفهم استخدام الموقع والعرض التجريبي: مشاهدات الصفحات، والنقرات، وأداء الصفحة، والخرائط الحرارية، ومعاملات الحملات (UTM)، وبعض الأحداث مثل بدء المحادثة التجريبية، ولغة الرسالة، وإتمام حجز تجريبي (الخدمة واللغة فقط، دون نص الرسالة أو أي اسم).

الأساس القانوني هو موافقتك بالنسبة لملفات تعريف الارتباط وتسجيل الجلسات، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في إحصاءات استخدام أساسية دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت.

بيانات المحادثة التجريبية

العرض التجريبي لعيادة وهمية («لومورا»). تُحفظ الرسائل وحالة المحادثة والحجوزات التجريبية (بما فيها الاسم الذي تكتبه) في قاعدة بيانات Cloudflare D1 ليعمل التقويم التجريبي. يرجى عدم إدخال معلومات صحية حقيقية أو بيانات شخصية حقيقية. نعيد ضبط بيانات العرض من حين لآخر، فتُحذف. لوحة إدارة العيادة متاحة لنا فقط.

مساعد المبيعات («اسألنا») وبيانات التواصل

إذا استخدمت مساعد «اسألنا» على todayworks.ai واخترت ترك بياناتك، نجمع ما تكتبه: اسم العيادة، المدينة، التخصص، عدد الفروع أو الأطباء، أداة الحجز الحالية، الحجم التقريبي للرسائل والمكالمات، اللغات، اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف أو واتساب (اختياري) والوقت المفضل للمكالمة، إضافة إلى نص المحادثة ولغة الصفحة ووسوم الحملات (UTM) والصفحة المُحيلة. المساعد مُعدّ مسبقاً ولا يعالج أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي إجاباتك. نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط للرد عليك وتحضير مكالمة عن خدمتنا. تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات Cloudflare D1 وتُرسل إلى فريقنا بالبريد الإلكتروني. نحتفظ بها حتى ١٢ شهراً بعد آخر تواصل، ما لم تصبح عميلاً، ونحذفها أبكر عند الطلب. أحداث التحليلات من المساعد لا تحتوي على بيانات شخصية. للاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، راسل [email protected].

العرض الصوتي (ElevenLabs)

العرض الصوتي (وضع «اتصال» في العرض التجريبي على demo.todayworks.ai، ويُفتح من «تحدّث معها» على todayworks.ai) مقدَّم من ElevenLabs التي تعالجه لصالحنا بصفتها جهة معالجة. لا يُحمَّل أي شيء متعلق بالصوت قبل فتح وضع الاتصال، ولا يُلتقط أي صوت إلا إذا بدأت مكالمة وسمحت للمتصفح باستخدام الميكروفون. أثناء المكالمة تعالج ElevenLabs صوتك والنص المكتوب الناتج عنه لإدارة المحادثة. مدة المكالمة ٣ دقائق كحد أقصى. العيادة في العرض وهمية، فنرجو عدم مشاركة أي معلومات صحية حقيقية أو بيانات شخصية.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط واختيارك

لا نضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتحليلات إلا بعد الضغط على قبول. يُحفظ اختيارك في التخزين المحلي للمتصفح باسم tw-consent، كما نحفظ تفضيلات المظهر واللغة. لتغيير اختيارك، امسح بيانات هذا الموقع من متصفحك وسيُطلب منك الاختيار مجدداً.

الاستضافة

الموقع والعرض التجريبي مستضافان على Cloudflare (Pages و Workers)، التي تعالج بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP لتقديم الموقع وحمايته، ويستخدم العرض التجريبي عنوان IP للحد من عدد الرسائل. تُحمّل الخطوط من Google Fonts. حجز المكالمات يتم عبر cal.com وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.

حقوقك

بموجب اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) والقوانين المشابهة مثل قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في الإمارات حيث ينطبق، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها أو نقلها، والاعتراض على المعالجة، وسحب الموافقة في أي وقت. راسلنا على [email protected]. ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات.

هذه السياسة وصف مبسّط لكيفية عمل الموقع، وليست استشارة قانونية، وقد رُوجعت بتاريخ ١٥ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦.
